Status vocabulary
Proposed
A staff or Manager recommendation that Council can change.
Approved
An item passed, but may still depend on later action or funding.
Adopted
The governing body's final budget or rate action for the cycle.
Certified
An election result after canvass.
Corrections
Every numeric correction should retain the source and verification date. Election-night totals are replaced by canvassed totals; proposed values are superseded rather than silently rewritten.
